This set comes with 4 very generously sized tubes of red, white and blue glitter gel and sheets of red/white/blue USA themed temporary tattoos. The intent of this is for a 4th of July party, but it could be used for any other "America" themed parties, holidays or events as well.The tattoos are on small sheets and need to be cut out. They are pretty simple, but varied graphics suitable for kids to adults. They apply and last about normal for a temporary tattoo.There is a LOT of glitter gel in this kit, especially if you're just putting little accents on your hair or face. It has a generous amount of glitter in it and was somewhat messy. I would not use the glitter gel if you're doing a pool type party or the pool host will likely not be very happy. It would probably be best if you're having a large event or performance like a parade or a sports team that has the same colors.
