I got this Tape Measure 25 ft, Easy to Read Fractions to 1/8th, Magnetic Hook Impact Resistant Heavy Duty, Retractable Stainless Steel Tape with Thumb and Quick Lock in recently and this quickly became my favorite tape measure.So I’ve been using a different brand of tape measure and the tape part is actually starting to tear. So I decided to find a higher quality tape measure and I found it. This one measures 25 ft and does everything a normal tape measure does. It has the push down lock button and the clip on the side to lock it on your tool belt or jeans and the both work exactly as there supposed too.Now the cool parts , I’ve never had a tape measure with a magnet on the end but it really helps when measuring something with metal in it like tin for a roof. One other feature I really like it the button on the bottom, it will help the tape stay out or to slow the tape down when it’s winding back up in the tape measure. It also has a lanyard as well.Overall a excellent tape measure that feels durable with some extra features that will come in handy.I would recommend it
