I specifically needed white chocolate for a cake decorating project. I was in a rush, so I didn’t look at the product photos carefully - my fault. This is the color of peanut butter. Also, it tastes nasty. Like, I’m one bite and it all went straight into the trash. And then I had to find something else to eat to take away the nasty flavor that lingered in my mouth. Blehck! It also arrived mostly melted. This wouldn’t have been a big problem for me since I was going to melt it down anyway, but others might want their chocolate to arrive in a solid form.Gave it to my roommate to try, and she asked me what flavor she was supposed to be tasting. It’s not terrible, but not white chocolate. Just vaguely sweet and nutty and nondescript.I used to LOVE white chocolate!! The real thing, where the perfume of the excellent-quality cocoa butter shines, supported by a milky, vanilla background...but alas, I no longer do dairy at all or sugar; tried POLAR WHITE but it is totally greasy, because lacking in any "milk substitute"; This one I thought might just be the one! But, it has SO MUCH of the "milk substitute" that you could probably make a half gallon of liquid vreamer per bar by adding water. Really, guys; it is so misleading to call it any kind of White Chocolate; inho it would be better to sell this as a "Vegan White Chocolate Flavor Meal Replacement Bar"...that way, nobody would expect it to be any kind of substitute for actual white chocolate. Sorry but I am hoping you will try again; there's just nothing out there that gives the White Chocolate experience without the dairy.Delicious
