This herbal tea has good natural diuretic ingredients including uva ursi, fennel, parsley, red clover and cranberry, but sometimes I find the taste of fennel overpowers the tea, so I just add a different herbal tea (usually fruity) to counteract this. I have just begun using this, but did lose a couple lbs. of water weight so far and pretty painlessly, this is by no means a violent diuretic that will send you to the bathroom every ten minutes, its pretty gentle and easy on the stomach. If you can't or don't want to resort to non-herbal diet teas or pills (many contain caffeine which is a heart racer, I have tried these and never would use again) this is a good alternative by a reliable company
