I was looking around for a pet carrier that do not look like a baby stroller and yet easier and fast for me to just lift off the ground when I am entering a vehicle. Hence I was so glad to find this item. It is very versatile as the bottom piece with the 4 wheels can be velcro onto the bag or removed when not needed, so that the pet carrier is just a bag. Has lots of space for my border collie pup and even when full grown for vet visit, good ventilation with the mesh materials! Lots of well thought zips available at the sides and front for pet easy entry and comfort. Initially, I did not pull and extend the handle long enough so the handle cannot pull upwards but Trixie customer service (Wiebke) was very patient and helpful to even check at the warehouse to figure out what might be wrong and patiently explained what I should do. Amazon service (John and Sai) is also very good to offer refund intially when i thought handle was faulty. Item overall very well made, good sturdy material, excellent customer service at Trixie and Amazon.
